Leading Gods people in today’s environment has never been more important. Today’s leaders are becoming more and more self-centered, they have egos that need to be fed. but as we look into God’s word, we see an example of a leader who felt inadequate to lead the people. but when faced with the challenge, looked to his creator for strength.
Moses felt he wouldn’t be a good enough communicator, much less a dynamic speaker. But Moses possessed conviction & compassion for his people, and these traits were unmistakably communicated to all that were exposed to him. To have a love and concern for the flock and a desire to feed them the truth of God’s word is what followers are truly hungry for.
